After building our two FM transmitters we decided to build a RF amplifier for the FM band to get more power and we choose to copy a 6 Watt microstripline design from the net. We were not satisfied with finished result and decided to replace the fixed capacitors around the pcb inductors with variable capacitors, this is much better and possible to tune to your transmitter frequency.

Close up on the back side of of the amplifier, we have chosen to use BNC as in/output connectors.
