My brother and I manufacture our own photo pcbs and it is not as difficult as it may seem at first. You will need a saw, a UV lightbox to expose, some chemicals to develop & etch and finally a drillingmachine.

After drilling it is time to strip the remaining photolacquer off the pcb. We use acetone, with good ventilation. It is then time to apply solder lacquer, we use SK10 from Kontakt Chemie, let the pcb dry afterwards. To much solderlacquer can be removed with ethanol.
